It was just absolutely lovely! You can't beat the location, so peaceful. It's along a fresh water stream and comes with a beautifull forest view. Early morning we made a very nice hike up the mountain and enjoyed the Ghats from above. We loved dipping in the fresh water pool afterwards. Meeting & chatting with the hosts Mavon & Maggie was also definitely a highlight for us. They are the best hosts we have ever encountered. Even though we booked last minute, they prepared a full bbq meal for us. Other then that, the home is very clean & well equipped. We will be back!

Remote, with no other tourists around, this spot is just what we needed for peace and quiet, with unmatchable views. Mavon organises treks too. And the food and their generosity with it is incredible.. we got treated to a feast! Such a kind and ever smiling couple, Maggi and Mavon are undoubtedly magnificent hosts. The plunge pool is gorgeous, the rooms just right, with clean loos. It really was a trip to remember because of the hospitality amidst somewhere in the valley. Definitely going back there many times.

We went as 2 couples. . our friend had forgotten to get a toothbrush and Mavon was trying to arrange it till evening even though we'd just casually checked with him. the choice of aesthetics in the house is just beautiful, the big Buddha statue, the tile colors, the utensils, I have no idea how did they get all that up there on the hill. they had pre stocked tea/coffee, bread milk eggs etc for us just in case we wanted to have a snack anytime. lunch/dinner was available on order. it was nice. the location of the house is out of the world, it has a private pool with stream water as the source. we bathed in the rains in our private infinity pool. there's lots to explore nearby, a waterfall at 2 mins, a jungle walk, a steam walk, and no tourists around. Hosts are the sweetest people in the world. Right from the toothbrush to the coffee, to letting us checkout late, checking if we had reached down safely the next day, it was very literally a pleasure staying here.
