overall the place is clean and well maintained. very close to KK mart and Watson which is very convenient. all the amenities are in good condition. the only thing was I thought they have pingpong table, but unfortunately it was broken, so Irene replaced it with basketball. for my case this is quite important thing for me cuz i was planning to play some pingpong with my friends when i was there. just abit disappointed with this but didn't really matter for someone who dont need it. the yard is big, so it is very convenient to park car, play and bbq there. mattress, pillows are comfortable. worth the money and comfortable home. can consider to rent again if i come to PD again.

Once my booking at airbnb confirmed, i”ve received a call from Irene mentioning the unit i”ve book is not available and she replace with another unit and also upgrade with karaoke set! House fully aircond, spacious and clean Only for kitchen amenities, need to improve (dont have rice cooker, iron, plate and very minimal cooking stuff) I have to go out and buy new rice cooker, jug, disposable plate n cup and knife 😅

I”ll definetely be back here…the place is exceptionally clean, very very spacious.. and the host Irene is very accomodating.Very helpful and efficient 👍🏼👍🏼 thumbs up to the host. Great for gathering of family and friends👍🏼
