Very nice place that matched the description and would even say it was better than described. Amy was fantastic and always in communication. Instructions to the place were easy to follow. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Visited Granbury with a friend for a two-day “GirlsTrip”. We enjoyed the shops on the square and walking in the park by the lake but the most fun was had at the cottage. Amy had all the things we needed to cook two full dinners there as well as extra blankets and towels, if needed. The living areas were comfortable and we felt right at home. We each had our own room, each with a super comfortable queen bed. The icing on the cake was our gracious host, Amy, who was able to let us check in early, provided great suggestions of things to do in the area, and promptly responded to all questions. It was a great trip and if we return to Granbury, we will definitely want to stay here again.

Host was very responsive. The Cozy Cottage was really enjoyable, and clean. We stayed for an extended time period, and it felt like our home away from home. Loved having a full size washer and dryer. Thank you Amy!!
