This house is straight out of a storybook. Our bachelor party would not have been the same, or have turned out so well, anywhere else. A lot of places we looked at could sleep ten, but didn’t have a dining table with seating for ten. This place has a dedicated dining room that seated all of us. The kitchen has everything you would expect to have in your own home. There were lots of towels and extra toilet paper. The terraced lawns and patios were perfect for a group photo. They are even pet friendly! We will be back because we want to share this gem with more of our family.

The cabin is beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. If you follow her instructions the cabin will warm up and be nice and cozy. We put the available space heaters in the bathrooms and it made every room comfy. The front door was a little quirky to figure out how to get into. If you have traveled to Europe it is similar in the way that there is a “sweet spot” the key and the lock have to be to get it open. I don’t have the right explanation but maybe Robin knows what I’m talking about and can add to check in instructions.

Our family has been staying at the lodge for years now, Robin has always been extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with and the house is perfect as always. Can't recommend enough

We had a great visit as always! Being repeat renters affords us a knowledge of the property, how things work and a great relationship with Robin, the owner. It's always a pleasure to go back. The property is spectacular and the house has a rustic charm that's very warm and welcoming. We love it!! Robin is a fantastic host and is always very responsive. Can't wait for our next visit!!

The house is large and the beds are very comfortable. However being an old house it is very drafty and cold (in the winter). There are space heaters in all of the bedrooms, but the large master bedroom was still cold even with the space heater. The washer and dryer were both broken
