I was happy when stay, a nice and clean place with large bedroom and walk-in closet. Kitchen with new appliances and pantry, can be rated 5 stars. The place is comfortable. Distance from downtown and West Edmonton mall but with my car, I have no probrem.

Beautiful place, great location!! This place was exactly as described and is located in a quite neighborhood. Our family loved the basement suite and would stay her again on our next family vacation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that's considering visiting Edmonton. 5 stars all around! James

Patrick is a great host with a beautiful suite that is as described and very clean. I chose his because it’s in the neighbourhood where we have family. It was so nice to stay there and be in that area. Patrick is wonderfully accommodating, I had booked with him earlier in May/23 and had to do last minute cancel due to fires and floods. He was very kind and understanding, it made me want stay there for this trip and glad I did. He’s fast to respond, pleasant, kind, and great host. Thank you Patrick and look forward to stay with you for my next trip :)

Patrick'splace was well located for me as I focused on visits to Fort Saskatchewan and North Central Edmonton. Spacious and clean place, great kitchen and laundry facilities for a longer stay. A large screen TV to watch my fave YouTube channels and great WiFi. Recommended!
