It is peaceful and a good place to have a break with a small family and it will be more worth staying during or after the rains, as the view outside is quite scenic. Imagica Park is 20 minutes away, but one has to have his /her vehicle to move around, as getting local cabs or rikshaws is a bit of a task. The owner did share a few Rikshaw drivers, but they were all from Khopoli so getting them to for pick and drop can be very expensive. The place also has a dedicated restaurant and they do deliver food in 20mins so that was a plus point in case if you don't plan to cook etc. The Main Swimming pool is also quite clean and neat. kids will surely enjoy it. The flat needs a lot of improvements and changes but overall we had a good stay.

Sofa was already damage so I spoke with co host so he agree with all the damage part which was done before but after one day I got a mail of damage which was not done by us and they blamed us and asked for money which is inconvenient and not justified. Please don’t visit the site It’s like a scam and about pool, it was totally dirty, so we didn’t able to utilise it

The 2BHK flat was good, we where on ashtavinayak trip and had 1 night hault here. Both room are good with best morning viewing of mountain and river. The flat is on 8th floor (Last floor) lot of wind and air flow is there . Good for family for 4 with 2 small kids. The kitchen dont have stove but have microwaves and kettle for hot water. Best palce in this location
