Great location for access to the local area, the apartment is basic but has everything you need if your out and about through the day. There are only two arm chairs in the living room, so not super comfortable for lounging around if there are more than two of you. We did experience a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbours during the night (very loud snoring & a dog). The main bedroom is affected more than the other two bedrooms but not sure if they are permanent residents or not. The tapas restaurant along the road is very cheap and the food was nice. The local shop is surprisingly well stocked and a great supermarket 5 minutes down the road in Xalo.

The flat is functional, good kitchen, nice living area/bedrooms/bathrooms. Note that the sunny terrace pictured is on the roof of the building, and is shared with the other apartments of this 3 storey building. This Airbnb is the ground floor flat, the shaded central courtyard in the pictures is private to the flat, and all the windows look onto that. So the flat gets no direct sunlight and is quite cold even when it is 15C and sunny outside, and there are no views out the windows. There are heaters to keep the house warm but they need to always be on if you are in the room. Gemma was a friendly and helpful host who dealt promptly with any issues I had and the WiFi is good for remote working. The location is great, Parcent is a perfect base for cycling and hiking. Because of the cold and lack of views I would not recommend the flat for a month of remote working in winter (which is what I did), but it would be good as a base for cycling and hiking in the warmer months.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis idéal avec trois chambres séparées et tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de superbes vacances! Une terrasse sur le toit avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes autour de parcent. Hôte très attentionnée qui nous a permis de découvrir pleins d'activités et de beau coins.

Ha sido un placer alojarse aquí, Gemma es una gran anfitriona y ha estado pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. Nos ha dado recomendaciones diarias de qué ver, donde comer, etc. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días estupendos.
