Having stayed at Vishals place for a couple of nights, as another reviewer had mentioned the mattresses were extremely firm. We struggled to get comfortable and have a good night's sleep on them, the noise on the initial night obviously didn't help. Once again kudos to Dhaval. As soon as he was aware that we found the firm mattresses uncomfortable, he got them replaced with softer mattresses. You can't ask for more then that, the whole team.. Including the maintanance guys and cleaners were always on hand when needed. One thing to note is that we found the washing machine outlet pipe was not fitted correctly which leads to waste water leakage. If we wasn't in the apartment at the time, it could've caused quite a flood. We made the host aware and I'm sure they'll have it fixed.

We decided to leave baga a day early as it wasn't for us and Vishal was happy to merge our existing booking with this booking. No faults or complaints with the apartment on initial inspection. We were very pleased with the decor, also how clean and spacious it was. We did have some issues our first night with the noisy guests staying next door. They were drinking and played load music all night. Although this was totally out of Vishal and the teams control. They were happy to intervene the next day to ensure the rest of our stay was peaceful. This was very much appreciated, thanks.

It was my 3rd time staying with Casa Flip and we’ve always enjoyed our stay at Chaarvi Reemz. The location is great with a lot of great cafés and market nearby.
