The apartment was nice and affordable. The apartment did have a Minut monitor, which will alert you and them if there is excessive noise or smoke.

Extremely walkable to everything in downtown Bay City. The perfect location for an antiquing weekend! The place was super clean, comfy and just what we needed.

Beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious, and the beds, linens, and towels were so comfortable. Loved the guidebook with recommendations of things to do. Host communicated clearly which made finding it, parking, and check in/out easy. It does sit in a very hip busy area, so there is noise from the pubgoers and street, but we slept well thanks to the provided noise machines. Very nice property and neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
