Overall I really enjoyed the place. I was working online so the large terrace was awesome. It was humid but I like humid weather. The street during the day was a bit busy but I enjoy people watching. Place was very quiet at night and I felt very safe in the area. Entry is through a locked gate. Terrace is protected by bars as is common in the city. There was a wonderful bakery just a minute away. Basically anything you need is within a 10 minute walk. Less if not picky about restaurants and convenience stores. Only the bedroom is air conditioned but it works well for the one room. My only minor improvements would be to replace the shear curtains in main room with non see through ones. People can see you briefly at night if naked and going to bathroom. Also a sofa would be more comfortable in the main room instead of the plastic lawn chairs. And the walls are a bit scuffed, could use a paint touch up, otherwise very nice tile but the grout could also be redone. Overall a very nice plac

We stayed at Oscar's house on 2 different occasions, as a launching point onto some Amazon tours. He was responsive, and it was very easy to check in/check out, even with some late arrivals and early departures. The space was clean and comfortable, with a big outdoor area. We weren't able to connect to the internet which was a slight inconvenience, however everything else about the space and host was great.

I’ve stayed in Oscar’s apartment many times. It is alway perfect. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, close to everything in Leticia.
