Séjour de 3 jours et nous avons été obligé de demander à ce que la chambre soit faite, le déjeuner minable, 3 morceaux de pain de mie, un jus d’orange infect, et pas de fruits, encore une fois il a fallu le demander pour que le lendemain nous ayons des fruits. Les employés ne sont pas du tout souriantes comme la patronne.

If you insist on going to Tambor then it's a great stay, but on our trip to Costa Rica we only stayed here for convenience of leaving early to Paquera. Close to Refugio Curu too, which was an absolute highlight of our trip, but other than that, theres not much to do in the area nor is it very walkable. Hotel was great though. When we got there they switched our room (I think that ours wasn't ready) but the one they gave us, the light didnt work (we didnt mind too much, the little lamp was fine) and the curtains kept falling when you try to close them. Minor things, but worth mentioning. Also the chargers didnt work here, not sure if it was just our room or somewhere else. They never answered my messages I sent a month before with some questions. To keep in mind if something important comes up. In general the hotel is great though, great pool kept very clean, and breakfast was included in a nice salon which was a great plus. Good stay !

As described! Host is very responsive. Breakfast being included was a huge pro! Pool area was well kept. Overall great place for the price.

Great location very friendly staff. Pool area is like a little piece paradise. Close to some great restaurants. Would definitely be staying here again
