This was at least our third time staying at Joshua's and we love it just as much each time! They're both great hosts and the views of the mountains are beautiful. It's not far from Sugarloaf and we make sure to get up there at least once every year. Definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at Mad Mountain Home and it was absolutely perfect! The home is clean, comfortable, private and relaxing with all the amenities of home! It was so nice to watch deer play in the field while enjoying the hot tub and the view is amazing! We look forward to future visits!

Mad Mountain was perfect for our desire to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the property line was huge, which allowed for miles of hiking and sledding. We did have a small challenge with flies (bugs tend to happen when you are in the mountains) and a broken toilet. However, Joshua had it addressed and fixed the very next morning. we really enjoyed the feeling of having nothing around us. The pool table and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

Absolutely amazing place. The location is fantastic, and the home is beautiful. This is the first Airbnb we have stayed at that the photos really do not do the place justice! Great view of the mountains/sunset from the deck, hot tub, or yard. Saw deer a few nights around sunset. House stayed comfortable even when it was in the mid 80’s. Comfortable bed (we only used master bed), comfortable furniture, and a decent pool table. Very well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook just about anything. Joshua answered any questions we had quickly. He also recommended we check out “Height of Land” which we did. Amazing view. Quill Hill is another great view spot about 40 minutes away. Also make sure to check out Phillips Falls right up the road. We wished we had checked it out sooner. There is a nice little beach on the water, great place to hang out and cool off. We hope to be back for our next vacation!

This is our 2nd time staying in the Avon house and this time was even better! Joshua was very accommodating, made it easy to check in, and ensured the house was cleaned and stocked. We saw deer and many other wildlife, enjoyed the magnificent sunset views over the mountain ridge line from the porch's hot tub, had fun down in the game room, and relaxed with a pleasant movie night. It only took about 40 minutes to get to Sugarloaf and we were able to stop off at some of local restaurants and night life in the surrounding area. We couldn't ask for a better location, home, or host to end the ski season! Will definitely be staying again!
