Charming neighborhood and friendly neighbors. House was as described. Clean throughout except ceiling fans. Exterior could use a little TLC. Loved the big front porch but could use a few additional chairs on porch.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Clarice had everything we needed and then some. We felt right at home.

We wish we had more time to stay and explore and enjoy this house! We were just passing through and needed it spot to stay for the night! The neighborhood was beautiful!

We were in town for a concert and Clarice’s place was only 17 mins from the amphitheater! The area is very nice as well as the house! Would definitely stay here again!

Place was exactly as described. Nice peaceful neighborhood. Beds were very low to the floor, but mattresses were comfortable. Overall great one night stay with my family.
