We had a wonderful stay and this is a truly magical area- I have visited the extraordinary canyons in this area for many years and it was great to find this place to have a base to explore from. The ranch is very unique and we appreciated all the special touches from the hosts.

We really loved our stay in the cabin for two nights in late December. Thanks to Jeff and Steph. Rarely does a place look better than the pictures! The cabin is spacious, modern yet rustic, and located in a fantastic region for outdoor recreation. The cabin has all the amenities, and we enjoyed seeing activity on the working ranch. We admired the rescue aspect of the ranch for horses and other animals. The area is far-removed from city life but Highway 89 runs adjacent to the ranch, in-between the towns on Page (AZ) and Kanab (UT). Be sure to buy all your necessary rations prior to arrival, because the towns are ~1hr drive each way. The cabin has a great kitchen, with lots of supplies to share. The listing mentions a washer/dryer, but it’s worth noting that these are shared for the entire ranch. Cost is $4 (wash/dry) by quarters, so bring those for ease. We would have liked a fire-pit near the cabin, but we didn’t see one available. We loved the place and hope to return!

Quiet & peaceful. It's exactly what we were expecting and we got it. The location is perfect for numerous local hikes and 4WD roads, and a little less-than-ideal for a run to the supermarket (Kanab or Page) if you forgot to bring eggs and milk. But the tradeoff is well worth it! Winter in the Vermillion Cliffs is spectacular.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Paniolo Palace. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et de bon conseil. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les animaux présents au ranch. Nous avons pu visiter les parcs de Zion et de Bryce (environ 2h de temps de route) et le lac Powell (40 min environ). Les villes les plus proches avec commerces sont Page (30 min) ou Kanab (40 min). Le site offre un cadre dépaysant et très calme.

We ended up here last minute after a trip change and we were so incredibly happy we did. The ranch is absolutely beautiful. The house is cozy and has a porch with a stunning view. The whole ranch is so welcoming and has a sense of community that Steph and Jeff have worked so hard to have. Make sure to do the animal rescue tour and see all the amazing work Steph does with Earth Angels. The ranch is also close to so many great trails. We will definitely be back!
