Overall the house is in a quiet area of the lake and it’s a great place. There is a beautiful view of the lake and having the boat dock to fish off of was wonderful. Overall, the home is clean however, one of the showers did not appear very clean so we sanitized it before use. The two queen beds downstairs are comfortable. The bunk bed room and its mattresses were so uncomfortable that the kids chose to sleep on the floor and couch instead, which is a first for us. They generally never complain and can sleep anywhere. There’s a fan/vent in the ceiling of the bunk bed room that came on and terrified the kids. We decided to leave a day early prior to check out to avoid having to deal with that situation again. If you don’t have to utilize the bunk bed room, everything else is really nice.

Very nice location with a big yard and access to lake. The house didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well. There were spider webs in corners and ceilings and bathroom rugs looked like they hadn’t been washed.

Overall, the stay was excellent, and amenities were as expected. We loved the game tables, enclosed patio, and boat dock. There was plenty of room for our whole family to eat and spend time together, and it was great to have a large, updated kitchen. The beds were extremely soft, but definitely bring your own pillows. Some general maintenance should be done to enhance the experience (eg., interior door locks being fixed, large wall cracks, and bedding upgrades). We loved being able to bring our dachshund also, and we had plenty of room outside for the kids to run around. Thanks for opening your home to us!
