Hello! I invite you to come and enjoy my peaceful home in sunny Denver. No squished attic or basement unit here - you stay in the main level of the house. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's been recently updated inside, and the greenery and mid-mod styling offer you a comfortable, relaxing space. The neighborhood may be quiet, but fun is nearby: It's just an 8 minute drive or ride to downtown and only 5 minutes to RINO arts district or the zoo. Important note: This home does not yet have a usable backyard as we are in the process of landscape designing. Guests will enter through the front door which opens to a sunny dining room, and a mini living room/workspace. If you have work to do while you're here, there are two monitors and hub to plug into on a convenient Steelcase sit-stand desk. The hallway takes you to the barndoor-enclosed full bathroom, and then to the full-use kitchen and main bedroom. I hope you enjoy the garden window I recently installed in the kitchen to add more light and plant space, and in the winter you can see the downtown high-rises from it. The stairway to the back of the kitchen takes you down to the basement rec-room with a 55'' HDTV with several streaming services to enjoy (though you can also watch your favorite streaming TV shows in the bedroom). Finally, you have access to the laundry facilities in the basement utility room upon request. Laundry is usually left locked, but just ask if you need to wash some clothes and we'll let you know how to get in there. For the outside, guests can enjoy the charming front porch and swing, but the backyard is still a very early work in progress - nothing more than a dirt and weed patch that I'll be working on later this fall. You may see my SUV parked out back if I'm out of town during your stay.
