The apartment is advertised as beautiful which is far from truth.The apartment was not cleaned properly.There were used soaps and old toiletries in the bathroom, the toilet flusher mechanism faulty, one mattress was too small for the bed frame.There were old towels which some were frayed. Walk in shower mat had scum and shower head not working properly. No shower curtains on either bath. The furniture was stained was told by her rep that was due to re painting ceiling!!! Everything in the kitchen was grimy and the cupboards were dirty out and in. The fridge had old food left inside and was dirty inside. The floor in kitchen especially at foot of fridge was so dirty! The balcony doors dirty (told it was because of sand dust in Dubai) Bedroom windows were cleaner! A terrible start to my trip, no support from Host or ABnB so had to take my own action and book somewhere else. 14days and still not resolved correctly! So, without sounding rude, all I can really say is that we left the very next morning (as we arrived late afternoon and had to wait for air bnb to assist us and evaluate the concerns in order to agree on a cancellation after the host did not respond to my concerns. What could be that bad? The apartment was not cleaned properly. There were opened and used soaps and razor blades in the bathroom, the toilet flusher mechanism was super dirty, the mattress was too small for the bed frame- so my 77 year old granny could not get onto the bed, the bedding was damaged, there were hardly any towels or pillows, the furniture was stained, everything in the kitchen was grimy and the cupboards were dirty- even on the inside.I’m really unsure how, but we got through the night. The apartment advertises a washer and dryer and the dryer doesn’t even work. A terrible start to my trip, but thankfully we were able to resolve with air bnb and managed to get some good accommodation.
