Extremely nice place! Huge house with all kinds of amenities. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Super recommend!

Casi decido no alojarme en esta propiedad por un mal comentario que lei, pero quiero recomendar este lugar, estaba impecable de limpieza, el personal que ayuda en la casa estuvo muy atento y amable, me sentí en una experiencia de lujo, la vista y la propiedad son increíbles. Mi familia y yo definitivamente volveremos !

To start of this review, this property is not new. Everything is old, squeaks and broken. Zero of the water in this villa is treated (comes from the river/lake) which means there is Dirt water coming from the shower, sink, toilet and kitchen during our stay. This meant we were unable to wash any dishes to eat because the water literally looked like it came from the lake, we weren’t able to shower as it would be as if we were dirtying ourselves neither were we able to brush our teeth. The kitchen utensil e.g. cups are all broken with cracks. There is no wifi in the house, and majority of the tvs do not work. The housekeeper started cleaning the pool from the night before our check out meaning the pool was put out of service from over 16 hours before our check out time. When we asked why he was cleaning the pool if our check out hasn’t started he ignored us, walked away and shut himself in his house. This house accommodates over 20 people comfortably, 15 included in the prices people after have an additional cost. With saying this, the house has 6 lovely bedrooms but we were only give 12 towels of everyone (2 per room). On arrival we found the house extremely dirty, the floors were so dirty, the toilet seats had urine marks on them, mirrors and walls had finger prints everywhere. Fridge was a joke 🤢 and some beds still had dirty covers, with hair strands on it and actual dirt on it. After talking to someone from the rich4rent team they offered us the use of bonfire area which is seen as something cool and beautiful ( we were not given) One of the bedrooms have a door which connects to the outside of the house and the front of the housekeepers house. This is the only door that does not have a lock on it as much as we close it they open it as they please. We were not given the keys to the front door and were being made to leave the property through the back door as if we were workers. The house is full of cameras everywhere expect the bedroom (it would of been the cherry on top if they had put them in the bedroom) there is zero privacy in the house, not even in the living room. The housekeepers constantly walking in and out of the house whenever they please without keeping in mind how we feel, they come to wash their stuff when ever they want. The housekeepers were extremely rude and told us to leave the house if we were not happy with their service after we paid a very good amount. Multiple of things were broken in the house included the fridge which was leaking. The housekeepers have many dogs that come into the villa we are staying in which pee and poop in the communal areas and we are being made to clean everything as they won’t do it themselves. Keep in mind they are constantly entering the house for unnecessary stuff and not for the stuff needed like cleaning the pets mess.

The place is just breath taking, the location and the view are unique, the entire house has an amazing view to the lake and there amazing outdoor spaces to take breakfast, enjoy of a bonfire, the pool and jacuzzi, not to mention the game room and the dock! This villa is just amazing, I highly recommended to enjoy the most wonderful vacations, I definitely will be back there for the holidays! This is a dream house!
