Horrible experience!! We booked this place for a mo. to hold our family btwn an end-of-lease & a big move. On 2nd morning, while I was in a mtg., Amir called (didn't leave msg. or emergency text), then called AirBnB and cancelled the rest of our reservation, claiming that "guest was unresponsive" and that we had to move out IMMEDIATELY b/c of a "family emergency." We had to re-pack boxes, suitcases, pets, kids, & find a last-min. U-haul & alternate residence to hold us all, (impossible...we ended up being out a lot of $$, not to mention the stress) w/ hardly any help from AirBnB. Amir offered to reimburse us for cost of U-Haul, but when we sent him the receipt he changed his tune, saying he'd send the funds after we left a review, "5-star would be appreciated." REALLY??? Also - no bedroom furniture, showers low pressure, noisy crowded neighborhood, had to purchase our own soap/detergents/toilet paper/kitchen staples, etc. King beds in every room (?) but rooms are tiny. BUYER BEWARE!

Amir’s place was awesome! It was centrally located and there is off street parking! Amir was an awesome host who truly cares about his guests experiences and he communicates in a very timely manner! I would definitely stay again!

Amir was a great host. We had a last-minute situation happen at our apartment and he was very quick to accommodate us. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Honestly, we were hoping to stay a bit longer because the place was so amazing. The location worked very well for what we needed. There is a very nice park just a 5-minute walk as well, very pleasant to walk with your pet and your baby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone to stay at this house.
