The host was quick to respond to questions and the check in and out was easy. The pictures are misleading. The pictures show a very clean place. However, it was extremely cluttered. There were large weights in the floor in front of the tv in the way, a large beanbag, people’s leftover bathroom items left all in the bathroom - shampoo,, etc, very worn carpet in the hall and bedroom. Easy to tube station and many places to eat.

The top floor apartment was central. Nelly was quick to respond. I expected many stairs based on the previous reviewer, so that was not a surprise. What was very unfortunately not a great surprise was seeing a mouse running around the main room (sitting room/kitchen). It hid amongst the bedding which was stashed behind the sofa and would run out from time to time. Whilst I'm not scared of a mouse per se, I was concerned of the hygiene of the place and so moved out that same day which was not at all convenient. We had to find another suitable place at very short notice which was not easy, and cost more than what we were paying in this apartment. In addition, it wasted our time as we had to pack our suitcases once again having unpacked everything, get a taxi to the new place and then unpack. For a very short stay, all these steps unfortunately ate up the precious short time we had in London. Nelly refunded 3 nights of the stay.

Nelll’y was a great host! Really does go above and beyond at making you feel welcome . Left drinks, snacks and candy which was a wonderful touch!! Bed was comfortable, this place has a wonderful view and everything you need!
