A newly refurnished large 2/3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Cowley, East Oxford. Located just a 10 min walk from the vibrant and cosmopolitan Cowley Road. Oxford City centre is just a 15 min bus journey away. There is free off road parking and the property benefits from an EV charging point. There is one allocated parking space for guests at the property but it is possible to park on the roadside at certain times of the day. An exceptional two bedroom first floor apartment tucked away in a smart modern development set just off the Cowley Road. The property benefits from a private off road parking space with an EV charging point. The property has two double bedrooms- both with superking zip link beds that can be split to make twin beds. Bedroom 1 has has a shower en-suite. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath next to bedroom 2. There is a 3rd room that can also be used as a bedroom/snug and an option to add a single bed. There is an open plan kitchen/sitting room with two sofas , tv and a dining table to seat 4 guests. The kitchen if fully equipped with all the utensils you will need for a self catered stay. There is a dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 -ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric oven. Note: We can host up to 2 adults and 2 children Guests have sole access to an enclosed garden that also has a shed that can be used for extra storage for bikes etc.
Excellent high end apartment with very recent renovation, spacious layout, modern amenities, including dishwasher, clothes washer, appliances, all tastefully appointed. Cleanliness was top notch, 10 out of 10. Property management responded promptly when needed and was professional, courteous, and helpful. Nice location one block from bus station within multiple lines to city centre, and you cannot hear traffic from the main road or from buses inside the residence. Would happily recommend and stay again.
