We spent several nights at this lovely quiet apartment. Comfortable beds, nice linens. It’s away from the central tourist area but not as far as we expected. We walked everywhere. The only downside was the hot water; it takes a long time to run hot.

Ana & Jorge's was a perfect location easy and walkable to market to pick up fresh cheese, fruit and veg also to the city center and restaurants. It was also easy to get out of the city to explore the amazing island. The apartment was great for 2 couples both bedrooms have their own on-suite. Kitchen was fully equipped and a nice big patio with views of the sea to relax with a bottle of local wine and cheese after a day of hiking and adventure. Having the laundry was an added bonus for those of us that pack lightly. No need to worry about the stair master you will get all the exercise you need going up the cutest cobblestone hill to reach the apartment. We would 100% recommend

Great location beautiful apartment with everything you needed. Super hosts with great recommendations including spa to go to. We loved the area and will be recommending it to our friends who are planning on visiting as well. Crazy road but once you figure it all out it’s fun! Parking at church was not a problem in our 16 day stay . The locals are all helpful and friendly . We purchased fresh bread at the cheese store down the street and fresh fruits and veggies at the market all on the street close by…. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! When we come back, we will definitely stay here. Jorge was so helpful and responsive. He booked taxis for us, allowed a late check-out, helped us check-in early (for a fee) etc etc. The apartment was luxurious and so comfortable and so well located within walking distance that I can't believe that there's a better place to stay in Ponta Delgada. Grace, you need to book this place for your children's honeymoon...they will thank you a hundred times over.
