Checkin was smooth and make sure to take the key cards down when checking out or they will charge for them.

The hotel did not have breakfast included, dirty pool, the room was clean but did not smell good. smelled moldy. I have checked in for a couple and had double beds instead of one bed. There is no good view from the balcony. The messed up broken hotel with their messed up pool area killed the view of the place. The $250 deposit should be listed on the ad for the room prior to renting. Got my card negative just to be able to check in. That was the worst part of this trip. Make sure you let future clients know that deposit is required to not have to deal with inconveniences like that.

Check in was easy. The 4th floor has the game room and was the best situation for us. The pool was large, heated and open until 11. My room had a heavy smoke smell. We decided not to risk getting a worse room because it was actually very clean. So I bought some air freshener. I messaged explaining the room was a issue with the smoke smell only after finding the “this room was designated smoke free” sign in the bathroom (if it had been on the counter upon entrance, I would have seen it sooner). Again, it was a clean room and we were exhausted so I just sent a message. I never heard back before we left. Late checkout was easy. We could stay for an additional fee until 3pm, which was very comfortable. Again, the room was clean and leaving the sliders open aired the room out during the day. I would definitely stay here again but if it smelled like smoke I would request a new room.
