Destin is beautiful! The white sand beaches and clear water are stunning. The walk to the beach was pretty short and if we went early enough we could load up the car and park for free even closer. The public beach within walking distance was pretty crowded, but walking down to Henderson State park was nice or you can pay to park there. The price for the condo was super reasonable. Bartek was a very responsive host and helpful. There were stains on the furniture so I didn’t want to sit and relax and the main bed was super uncomfortable. The facilities at Palms of Destin weren’t clean. The large pool wasn’t heated and in April is absolutely freezing. Everyone in the condo complex tried to sit in the tiny heated pool or hot tub and they kept getting too crowded and shut down. The music from the bar even in the 11th floor condo was super loud after 10pm. I personally would not stay again at these condos, but appreciated Bartek as a host.

The condo was perfect for our family and it was so convenient to have the bar and grille on premises. Location was easily accessible to area attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bartek’s condo. It was exactly as advertised. We made use of the gym each morning and used the hot tub and pool most days. The coffee shop was also great. The Palms provided nightly entertainment if you were interested. We walked to the beach everyday (Bartek has all the beach necessities for you at the condo) and there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff and guests at the resort were super friendly. We highly recommend Bartek’s condo.

I've stayed in dozens of bnb's and this is easily in my top three. The Palms of Destin is centrally located. Beautiful views from the balcony, just wish it was warm enough to sit out there. All the rooms are tastefully decorated. Furniture is comfortable. The washer/dryer shares a room with the bunk beds. It's a large resort so you can expect a bit of a walk to/from the parking garage. Also, the beach is on the other side of Hwy 98. The hot tub is super nice. The fitness center is way above average. The heated pool is nice but rather small. The big pool was closed when I was there (January). I didn't try the on-site restaurant.

We had such a wonderful time at this condo! It was a great size and had everything we needed. The view of the pool/community area and the ocean was spectacular! The resort amenities were awesome. The beach is just across the street and if we didn’t have small children we would have walked. It’s also extremely close to any restaurant or activity you could ask for. I have no doubt I will be back for a family vacation, girls trip, etc. highly recommend!
