The house was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the water. The only drawback was some road noise from passing vehicles, we didn’t realize 2 of the bedrooms were on the front of the house right next to the highway. We tried to block it out with a portable fan and white noise machine, with not much success.

This beautiful home is immaculate. It was obvious the builder and designer, the decorator, and the host and co-host are meticulous and insightful. The master suite is luxurious and comfortable. The king-size bed was very comfortable with all white, soft and pretty linens. The master bathroom had more than enough soft towels, hand towels and wash cloths, a very large shower with multiple shower heads, twin gorgeous sinks and vanities, the floor tiles are large and resemble oil rubbed bronze. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The stainless steel appliances appeared to be new and immaculate. The gas stove worked perfectly for creating great meal with shrimp and bass. The balcony off the kitchen was wonderfully ideal for enjoying the panoramic vivid sunsets. Downstairs, we enjoyed fishing, crab nets, and nature including purple martins. This was absolutely fabulous and I highly recommend it for couples and families. We’ll definitely return

We thoroughly enjoyed our unit and it was roomy. It says it could held eight people we were only two, so probably was bigger than we needed, but it was beautiful and convenient. The owners were very helpful and available if we needed anything but everything ran pretty smoothly. The wide windows overlooking the water gave it a luxurious feeling. The kitchen was well stocked. Just a very nice place to stay

Great hosts. My boys loved fishing from the dock. Saw a lot of wildlife and beautiful sunrise. Great value and convenient location.

This was a perfect and relaxing getaway! A quick 25 minute drive in to New Orleans for all things NOLA. It was so nice though to return to this lake house to watch sunsets and sunrises. We booked a fishing trip with Captain Mike Gallo of Angling Adventures of Louisiana. His boat and lodge was just two houses down. Great week in Southern Louisiana. We'll be back as soon as possible!
