We had great stay at this amazing home near Lake Sunapee! The location was perfect - super close to the lake, yet just a 2 minute drive to the mountain. The house itself is spacious and has great layout. It was well very appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The trampoline was a big hit. The owner, Susan, communicated with us every step of the way, and was a pleasure to work with. Lake Sunapee is an incredible place and I highly recommend staying here if you're planning a visit!

the House is spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped. Our extended family really enjoyed the screened in porch (we hit a few days of rain), the well stocked kitchen, the thoughtful basic supplies left for us by Susan and the many recreational/leisure items we were allowed to use (paddleboard; water pad, toys, games, pool table, hot tub and more). There is really something for everyone here in a tastefully furnished and comfortable environment.

Photos do not do this house justice! Susan's spacious luxury chalet easily accommodates a 2-3 family get-together. The home is extremely clean and well maintained, beautifully furnished, including a comfortable living room with gas fireplace and game room with pool table and TV room. We visited before Christmas and it was decorated with a large xmas tree and other festive decor. All rooms were very warm even with sub-zero temps outside. The house has the best kitchen of any rental I have visited, including all the gadgets one would need, plus an extensive supply of spices, oils, etc. Susan's home is also in an amazing location, a 2-3 min drive to Mt. and Lake Sunapee. The house has views of Mt. Sunapee and the surrounding forested area. The carriage house has additional living space and the best organized garage I have ever seen full of outdoor gear and games. The wi-fi was blazing fast! I highly recommend this home for a luxury stay in Sunapee during any season! I hope to return soon!

Susan's home is way better than described in the listing. When you enter through the front door it is warm and inviting with spectacular views and inviting furniture. The kitchen is beyond well stocked with evrything you possibly could need. The location is perfect to get to the lake (5 minute walk) or Mt Sunapee (3 minute drive) and a variety of great places to eat. It is well worth the stay!!
