Couldn’t have asked for a better cottage getaway! Ann was a top notch host in every way, everything from the super clear instructions, to the welcome basket that made us feel right at home, and her friendliness when checking in. The cottage itself was pristine and beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and had modern appliances, and there were so many board games and books for the whole family. The location was a quick 2 min walk away from the beach and sunset board walk. It really doesn’t get better than this!

Not only was Ann's place gorgeous but she was a phenomenal host on top of it. Checking in was so easy with the directions she provided, and we were welcomed by a lovely welcome basket of goodies with directions on how to do everything from using appliances to where to find extras like beach towels, as well as some excellent recommendations for local places to check out. Ann checked in several times during our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, and we did! She really put a lot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable, going above and beyond, even providing some toys for our toddler to use during our visit. Our best Airbnb experience by far!

We enjoyed our stay at Ann’s place… great to stay at such a clean home. Recently renovated.. Owner takes a lot of pride in the place. Even the barbeque was clean… Provided a few extra touches —- Kid’s shampoo; a few kids toys for for the beach; beach towels’, very organized kitchen ; coffee; condiments; Lots of dishes; cutlery and glasses;

Thank you Ann, we loved staying at your beach cottage! It was everything we imagined. The decor was very stylish and really conveyed a beach vibe. As well as stylish it was very functional and comfortable. The cottage was really well stocked, we cooked a few meals and there was nothing we couldn't find in the kitchen. The added touches of a few stapes really made meal prep easy. We needed to work one day of our vacation and the wifi was perfect for a full day of Zoom conferencing, no spinning circles of doom at all! We took the bikes along the trail to South Hampton which was a fun outing and your bikes were perfect! The baskets on the front excellent for bringing home bakery treats. We used three of the 5 beds and they were very comfortable (as were the pillows). The blankets you left out were great for sitting out on the deck during a cool evening and also watching movies. It took us no time at all to walk the 2 mins to get to the beach. Your multiple patio / deck areas were great for meals, coffee, yoga and relaxing. There was always an area where the sun was just right. It was a fantastic stay and we can't wait to come back! Thank you so much for being such a great host!
