The Cozy Couch was perfect for our stay in downtown Madison. David was beyond helpful, responsive and overall just wonderful. We hope to get back to Madison next year and would love to stay here again. It’s only 1 block from downtown, yet it’s quiet, peaceful and the perfect place to stay while in Madison. Highly, highly recommend The Cozy Couch.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Couch while in Madison visiting family for the holidays. The house has a lot of historic charm with the right amount of modern comfort. There is a lot of space to spread out. The furniture is all quite comfortable and the house is extremely clean. Also, we just loved the location. We walked everywhere and our dog played in the park every morning. David was super responsive and proactive. We hope to stay again in the future.

David was very kind and attentive. We needed his help a couple of times , one of those times to help a couple of old ladies (us) find the football channel. Anyway, he left his plans to come help us. Would we stay at his home again, YES APSOLUTLY. This home is located right off the main street, really accessible to shopping, restaurants and activities . I would highly recommend. Thanks David.

My son and I stayed here for a mini getaway to enjoy beautiful downtown Madison, the house was in great walking distance to Main street.
