Welcome to Broken Head Nature Cabins, an eco tourist facility located between Byron Bay & Lennox Head. Set on 15 acres of park like grounds, we have 5 newly renovated open plan, nature inspired cabins with luxurious conveniences throughout. Cabin 5 is our family cabin that sleeps 4 people. The perfect getaway space for a small family with free parking & a resort pool on site that all guests use. Minimum 2 night stay.This is a dog friendly cabin [maximum 2 dogs] We offer Netflix .

Amazing place to stay. The attention to detail is what stood out in the cabin. Having the whole cabin was a nice surprise with an included garage. Everything that was needed was provided, from cooking oil to coffee beans for the delicious coffee machine provided ( very nice and rare bonus). The cabin was very spacious and the amenities in the area were top notch. The pool table and table tennis table were great on a rainy day. The hosts were very good at providing info about the place before arrival and responding promptly to any messages. No issues with how to arrive and how to get in because of the great communication. Overall everything exceeded expectations from the decor to the small things that made the cabin feel like home. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb if in Byron bay or the area.
Beautiful surrounds and outlook.
Once again we enjoyed a couple of great days in cabin 5 with our daughter, son in law and doggy. We really appreciated the outdoor barbecue area and had fun playing pool billiard and table tennis. We always feel very welcomed by Michelle and Paul lovely people and great hosts. We will definitly be back.

We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful property with great facilities and still dog friendly. And it is so close to some fantastic beaches. We will be back!

Broken Head is a coastal suburb located in the Northern Rivers region of NSW (Australia), just 9 km south of Cape Byron, the eastern most point of Australia & the closest town to the world famous Byron Bay.
Much of Broken Head is tropical nature reserve & rainforest with only a small amount of residents that attracts a celebrity following due to the quietness of the location & the easy, short drive into Byron.
Its the perfect location for those people who want to be super close to Byron (only 9 short minutes drive into Byron town centre) but who want to be away from the hustle & noise of being right in Byron. As many of our guest reviews will attest, most guests love the quietness of this location whilst still being super close to the town centre of Byron.

By Plane:
The Ballina-Byron Gateway Airport is just over 1 hours flight from Sydney & Newcastle & 2 hours direct flight from Melbourne.
Jetstar, Virgin, Regional Express & Pelican Air all fly into Ballina, making the Northern Rivers a very accessible holiday destination.
The airport is just 22kms from Broken Head Nature Cabins or a short 19 minutes drive away, towards Byron Bay.
BY BUS:
Byron Bay is just 31 kms from Ballina. Catch the Blanch’s Bus (Bus #640) from the airport. This bus travels along Byron Bay Road with a bus stop within 10 metres of the entrance of the property. Bus tickets are less than $8.00 for a one way adult trip. For the bus service timetable, visit the Blanch’s Bus Company website for the latest information.
By Shuttle or Private Transfer:
There are a number of private shuttle buses that operate between the Ballina-Byron Gateway airport. You're best looking up their timetables online & making a booking. Some companies offer a slightly better rate if you book online.
