The property was just as pictured. My family enjoyed the outdoors and fishing!!! Would definitely return if we vacationed in the area again.

Mary's place was the perfect fit for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Cooperstown about a 40 minute drive. (Beautiful scenery). As far as the house it was cleaned just like described plenty of room and loved the open living room dining room kitchen area felt just like home. Both homes are like described you wont be disappointed. I highly recommend the stay plenty to do within the property for adults and kids. The town is just minutes away for food and groceries. Mary was very helpful and communicated very well with us. Thank you Mary.

Brown Bear Cabin and cottage were the perfect spaces for our annual family weekend away. There was plenty of space for the 9 adults and 5 children. The game room was such a great place for the kids and adults alike. We were in awe of the space all weekend and would love to visit again in the future.

The cabin and cottage are both quiet, clean, and warm. They fit our needs perfectly for our 10 person group. It was 17 degrees outside and lower during our stay and the heat worked fantastically, No drafts and the home remained comfortable throughout. The home was fully stocked with everything we could need from kitchen to entertainment. I would love to stay here in the warmer months to enjoy the outside area and deck. Great location and Mary Joe was extremely helpful and responsive.

Both cottages were clean, no complaints from anyone. Fresh towels and linens. Great quiet location, was exactly what we wanted! Easy check in and check out, no owners showing up at all times! Definitely recommend for value if you need the space in the area!
