The apartment is beautiful, very modern, spotlessly clean with high-end appliances and equipment. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It is flooded with natural light and the well-appointed roof terrace provides wonderful outdoor space with all-day sunshine, overlooking the complex swimming pool and internal area – it is well furnished and also enjoys a built-in barbecue and an outdoor kitchen! We also enjoyed the use of the lovely warm outdoor swimming pool which is a decent size for swimming lengths and there is a small gymnasium too. You may need to take beach towels as these were not provided. My husband did “snow angels” lying on the heated bathroom floor and positively swooned at the 65” TV. We took our Firestick so had access to everything we wanted to watch and would recommend that others do the same if TV is important to them. The location is very central and walking distance to all amenities which includes many cafes and bars, the impressive “La Zenia Boulevard”, a great Saturday street market, a choice of supermarkets (with the “Mercadona” almost next door) meaning that you can easily manage here without a car. There are several beaches within walking distance, the closest being around 10mins at Playa Flamenca promenade. Isobel, our contact at the head office for the development, was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome at the get-go. We really have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience – suffice to say that we’ve already booked our next visit 😊
