Francesco hat super kommuniziert, die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß, es gibt viel Platz, ist schön eingerichtet und der Balkon ist toll. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge mit der Bahn. Zudem ist man in 2 Minuten an der Promenade. Die Küche könnte für Ihre Größe ein bisschen besser ausgestattet werden. Ein Thema ist der wie in den letzten Bewertungen bereits geschriebene, schlechte Zustand des zweiten Badezimmers. Bisher wurde hier nichts unternommen. Das andere Bad ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber in Ordnung.

Francesco’s apartment was a great place to stay to explore the coast. 5 minutes from the train station which goes to Sorrento and Napoli. The apartment is spacious with a sea view and has a good kitchen. We were disappointed by the mould in the shower room and the uncleaned bath. The hairdryer was also broken. Overall it’s a great find but could do with some maintenance and better cleaning.

Upon walking in, the apartment looked very clean, spacious, modern, & nicely decorated. We spent 2 nights as we were attending a wedding. the location is absolutely perfect & walkable. We had a car & there was a parking garage 1 min walk from us. The host was very communicative, patient, nice, & respectful. His brother sent us a detailed check-in video & was also very flexible with the check-in process. Unfortunately there was an item that didn't make this a 5 star rating: one of the showers had significant/visible mold and smelled humid; as my wife and mother suffer from respiratory issues, we didn't want to risk using it. The other bathroom had a bath tub with no curtain, but we had to make it work due to concerns of mold in the other shower. Overall, apartment is comfortable, greatly located, well decorated & spacious, bedrooms ample & linens clean. The owner did say he will be addressing the bathroom issues soon.

Francesco's place was lovely, location was great with a pleasant view of the water. Close to shops and transport.

This is going to be honest, there were some pros but some definite cons. Pros: -location was really accessible by transit to everywhere -nice local community feel, not touristy -apartment was very large -communication with host was great Cons: -one floor tile was completely missing in kitchen so it was essentially just foam, which was not seen in the photos -one bathroom had large amounts of black mold everywhere, also not in photos and the shower door was half falling off so we had to fix that -we had issues with the lock, informed the host we thought it was dying to which he insisted it wasn’t… it then died and we couldn’t get in at just before 11 pm. The host was very quick to send his family to help though so that was good! -check in video didn’t give us floor or correct code so we were stuck calling the host prior -door to patio was incredibly difficult to open and there was no welcome manual for any sort of instruction on the apartment Good to note.
