Albemarle is located in the heart of Ilfracombe and offers beautiful sea views . The apartment has recently had a brand new modern kitchen fitted plus a new bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with a Smart tv, WiFi , top of the range kitchen and bathroom . There is so much to do and explore in Ilfracombe including the famous tunnel beach and beautiful harbour . There is a theatre, cinema, crazy golf not to mention the fantastic restaurants .It’s the perfect place for a family getaway.

Best view in ilfracombe and a wonderful location to explore. car park 50 yards from property and 50 yards from beach. Dont look anywhere else this place is great !

We have had a lovely few days in Ilfracombe. Once upstairs the apartment is lovely, it was clean and cosy and had all of the amenities we needed. The views from the windows are impressive, over looking the small cove. The weather has not been great but we had a fantastic view of the storm as it blew in. The apartment had comfy furniture and was really warm. The area around the apartment is a little bit run down, and some of the other tenants do let the building down a bit. However, it is well placed for a few local pubs (recommend the George and dragon) and the harbour is a short walk away too. Number 11 The Quay is a lovely spot to have a glass of wine and watch the boats come in.

Some of our favourite places to visit are the harbour to get fish and chips and go crabbing . The beach is small and dog friendly a perfect place to watch the world go by . The costal path has some of the best views you will ever see and miles of costal walks ( some parts are very steep ) . Hele bay is the best place to go swimming as the sea is clear and calm . Combe martin is best for kayaking and paddle boarding and not forgetting woolacombe where you have one of Britain’s best beach . I would also highly recommend the woolacombe bay hotel spa :)
Ilfracombe also has some lovely coffee shops , bars and restaurants to many to mention but one of our musts are Giovanni and Luca the best Italian around .
