Wir sind 3 Nächte geblieben und waren wunschlos zufrieden. Großartiges Preis Leistung Verhältnis und alle auf der Anlage waren mega nett. Wenn man sich einen Roller mietet ist die Lage auch sehr gut und man ist in ca 15. Minuten am Strand von Canggu

When I arrived they told me the pool will be fixed in 1-2 days. After talking to others guests that’s what they told everyone. So far the other guests told me it hasn’t been fixed in over ten days. It already started to smell badly with lots of mosquitos. They also told me that they’ll clean the room every second they. They didn’t clean it once in four days. No new towels. The other guests told me that this is normal. You have to tell them everything. When I wrote the support they told them the pool was fixed. Like two minutes after I left… Worst experience in five months of traveling…

really good people. But if you're looking for silence, I can't recommend this place very much. It gets very noisy, especially at night. I couldn't sleep well. There are laughter and shouting sounds until 2 a.m. In the morning, noises start due to people entering the pool. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well the last day. I even asked if I could check out an hour or two later, but they said someone else would come. I went to the airport without sleeping at all. Unfortunately, the reason why I couldn't sleep at night was because of them. I repeat, they are very pure-hearted and caring people, but they need a little more empathy. We stayed with my elderly mother, and she couldn't sleep at all. There is noise every night. Regarding cleaning, we had the room cleaned once in 9 days. I noticed that the quilt had not changed, only the orientation had been changed. I wish they would replace it with a new sheet. I don't think we should have to say these things. But thanks for their smiling faces.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First time in Bali and this villa was the best decision made, staff was friendly and very helpful, will definitely be back with family

Stayed for 3.5 weeks and would 100% stay again. Bela's villa at Sari Agung guesthouse is great. The receptionist/cleaners are all very friendly. Very close to cafes, indomarts, laundromat and Bali MMA/Wanderlust. The bed is very comfortable and room was spacious regularly serviced - the aircon made for very good deep sleep rests. The kitchen area is stocked with all that you need, though I mostly ordered food. Balcony / second floor views during sunrises are a highlight.
