The villa is neat, tidy, and comfortable for 2 to 3 people. It is situated in a beautiful, quiet area and a two minute walk from the popular Peninsula farm cafe on the river. It is important to note our stay was for a duration of three weeks so the below comments may be more relevant to longer stays. The villa is equipped with basic cooking utensils, however, not enough to be creative with meals in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness of the villa wasn’t to a high standard ie our feet were black from walking on the floors the first night after arriving, food crumbs in the drawers/shelves, and messy cupboards. Cleaning products were either absent ie no mop and bucket or near empty ie limited toilet paper, hand wash. However, when requested were supplied immediately by the owner who also offered to come back and clean areas we were not happy with. Being near the river it’s important to keep the doors closed before dusk to keep out mosquitoes.

Place is clean and spacious. Abel is a very responsive and friendly host. He allowed us for flexible check-in and check-out too! :)
