We are located in Port Jefferson Station. Less than 10 minutes from Cedar Beach! This listing is for a private bedroom in our home that's occupied by my husband and me, as well as our dog. The room is on the main floor adjacent to the shared bathroom and our bedroom. House Rules: ○ No smoking indoors. Vaping is okay. ○ Keep dog gates up at all times when moving through the kitchen. ○ No use of kitchen appliances besides refrigerator for ice/water and toaster oven. ○ Enjoy your stay! The guest bedroom is furnished with a large Queen sized bed with pillows and a blanket. It also has a table with 2 chairs for comfortable eating, an accessible closet, and a nightstand with a lamp for nighttime reading. Amenities are a mini-fridge with a freezer compartment for storing edibles and drinks, SmartTV, microwave, clothing steamer, a hot water kettle, air fan (remote), and a coffee bar (keurig w/pods). All snacks & beverages are complimentary. In the bathroom, help yourself to the toiletries. There are body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and other essentials that you may need. It is a shared bathroom, so it will be used by my husband and I.
