Quiet, stylish accommodation in a new, spacious apartment with a terrace. Parking on own plot monitored by cameras included. Fully equipped kitchen. Wifi, TV, Bt-speaker, blue ray player. Private bathroom. Self check-in. Possibility of storing sports equipment (bicycles, skis). Mini shop. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the countryside. The apartment is located in a completely newly renovated family house. There are 2 apartments available for guests in the house. Storage space for sports equipment. Recuperation is installed in the house, which ensures constant ventilation without heat loss.

Der Aufenthalt bei Richard war super. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Richard war super einfach und er hat uns jederzeit bei Fragen geholfen. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sowie die Sauna auch. Eine klare Empfehlung wenn man mal ein paar Tage abschalten möchte.
This is a really very comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated with a modern feel. The apartment remained a cool even on hot days which was great to come home to after days out walking. The location is perfect - lots of great hiking trails accessible from the house and nestby excellent restaurants and an incredible ice cream parlour open on weekends. We had a fantastic time here - highly recommended!
We had a great stay at Richard‘s place. It‘s very welcoming, modern and with great athmosphere. We couldn‘t have wished for more. Best place for our retreat vacation in south Bohemia. You can reach everything around quickly. The accommondation has everything you might need and Richard is a great host. We definitely want to come back.
