Pros- quiet location whilst central to main attractions - comfortable bed and oven, washer, hob coffee machine tv ( other then maddening remote which worked every third or fourth push) all worked well. speedy communication and issue with a leak coming from flat upstairs sorted immediately with a plumber coming at 11pm 👍😀 Cons - having contacted us as we were collecting luggage their driver 2 mins later advised of a mechanical issue?? and we ended up with an airport car costing 15 euros more and dropping us in wrong spot - biggest issue bathrooms!! No shower or bath in 2nd bathroom ( contrary to picture online) so if 4 of you would have been a nightmare / no screen in the other bathroom shower ( contrary to picture on line) so water all over floor every time you took a shower. I am 6 foot 6 and shower head barely 6 foot above ground. Both balcony’s a little unloved. Nice apartment but certainly not luxurious. Overall we enjoyed our stay but not top marks from us.

They were very responsive, however, it was kind of tricky to find the lockbox since we had to open an external application to get the information of how to get the property, as tourists that doesn’t have Wi-Fi access we had to go and find an available network to connect And see the instructions. The apartment with a little bit cold, and it was kind of tricky to heat it. Biggest problem was the master bathroom , When we drained the hot tub, water came out of the sewer system and flooded the room

great place and well furnished. good location off the large streets so not too loud but still close to all of the cafes and restaurants that make Koukaki a great place to stay. close to the metro. I appreciated the wood furniture and art thatade it feels like a real apartment and not an IKEA conversion.
