What a peaceful oasis in the bluffs! The cottage is stylish and cozy, and the beds are beyond comfortable. Communication with Mathew was fast and easy, and he was super attentive to questions and provided wonderful suggestions for sight-seeing in the area. The beach boardwalk is right on your doorstep and the quaint downtown area of Southampton is an easy and beautiful walk. Was so difficult to leave this magical paradise and we can't wait to return!

Mathew and Veronique are excellent hosts. They ensured that the place has some special personalization for us and especially our kids. The place is so detailed, like every corner has a story. Very well kept and well thought of. While it maintains it surfing cottage class, equipped either modernized equipment to make ur stay extremely comfortable. The kitchen and fridge is so generously stocked, really helps when you have kids around. The hosts are also super responsive and forth coming. Simply beautiful place. Look forward to returning soon in summer. 100% recommended

Mathew's place is beyond charming! We absolutely loved the cozy vibe and were thrilled at the proximity to the beach (even in March). Thoughtful touches throughout made for a lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay. We will be back for sure! :)

Winter wonderland and great stay! The cottage is cozy and full of personality, and so well maintained with everything you could possibly need. I arrived late and Mathew made sure the lights were on and the cottage toasty warm. Steps to the beach, a short walk to the main strip and a lovely neighbourhood. One of the best stays I’ve had. Thank you for sharing this gem of a place.
