Pros: This is the 2nd time I stay at his airbnb. Felix is not only responsible and quick to respond, but friendly and willing to work with you. Gated area, close to ferry, location and price was great. I stood in the one bedroom with full bed and twin (bigger twin bed in which i slept with my 2 yr old comfortably). AC is PHENOMENAL (which is all you really want after a beach day), Wifi and Tv plus as well. Con: this time around there wasnt any hot water to shower which sucked for my 2 yr old son but nothing I was surprised about (remember this is tropical living). Maybe better pillows and sheets but the blankets are thick and comfortable. Overall, you get what you pay for and Im 100% ok with it! Thanks Felix for your home.

It was exactly as advertised. Great proximity to Walgreens and groceries. It is a spacious and accommodating bedroom area. Same with the bathroom. The kitchen had an electric or gas option for cook tops. The place was clean. Worth the value. We really enjoyed spending our time at the beach right down the road.
