Alan's unit fit my needs. The location was good for me - I needed to get into Boston to bring my daughter to medical appointments and it was very convenient for that. I also have a daughter in Quincy and the unit was close to her apartment too. I had a few questions before and during my stay and Alan got back to me mostly in a timely manner. The unit has some quirks - the bathroom is separated from the rest of the unit by a small utility room, but that wasn't an issue. The shower was quirky as the hot water came out as soon as you turn it on; the more you turn it to hot the colder it got. Once Alan let me know that I was able to adjust and there was plenty of hot water. There was a fair amount of street noise...but in full disclosure, I was there during the St. Patrick's Day weekend! I didn't have much time to watch TV but there were no live channels so I couldn't watch local news & weather. The price was reasonable so all-in-all, it was a reasonable place to stay.

The stay was great. I was able to extended my stay 3 more days from original booking. Only thing didn’t know it was behind a house.any deliveries or orders you have to be super specific about the location they will bring your items to the main house. I had to receive my items from the front house multiple times and had a package lost and stolen
