I couldn't stay there - musty and moldy and was getting a headache 20 minutes in and then nose started running and I had to leave. The home had 3 trucks parked along the fence line right outside the bedroom window that the rental contact said they had no control over. If its private property you have control. they assumed it was neighbors across the street - i didn't say that - which tells me they have had this complaint before and it still is unresolved. check in is in the rear of the home. if you can get back there through the brush and if its dark I would never go back to find the lock box to get key. why the back and not the front door? there is also a box on front door broken? This property is cute oin pictures, THE SMELL can't be photographed. the neighborhood amenties listed are shut down and the whole area looks like it is on the downside and closed up and out of business. Like this listing, broken and rundown.
