Listing is close to the 215 and airport. 10 minutes to the strip. This stay is a converted three car garage, living room and kitchen are the same space. Bathroom is spacious. Bedroom is good size as well.

This place met my needs for the most part. It was cheaper than the hotels, had a kitchenette, though the pretend burners looked a bit scary so I didn’t dare to use it. It was also close to where my event was so that was good. However, there were way too many ants and cockroaches!! The place is a converted garage, so maybe it hasn’t been seeled correctly, but it got so bad that I left the day before I was supposed to. The host let me check in early but during the stay the communication was not that responsive. There was a mirror above the bed which made it too uncomfortable for me to sleep in the bed, so ended up sleeping on the couch. I would not stay here again.

We got to the house just before 5pm. Check in is 4pm. I hadn’t gotten the code sent to me for the door and it’s 109 degrees out. I sent them a text and message on Airbnb and waited 20+ minutes for a response so waiting outside in the heat was an annoying start to the stay and I thought that was unprofessional. The guest suite was clean and as described. It was a little weird that a door to the house was in the bedroom but a curtain and dresser covered it. They had a small dog (or 2?) that barked a lot when it was in the backyard. Also it’s weird that a bathroom vanity mirror was above the bed… overall it was ok. The house was in a quiet neighborhood so that was nice. I probably would stay in a different Airbnb next time that was more private. If I had known a door leading to the house was accessible to the Airbnb, I probably wouldn’t have stayed here.
