The house is so peaceful and quiet with gorgeous scenery. Lake view, orange groves, big yard, and a fantastic pool. The house was decorated cute. The King bed upstairs was comfortable. Loved the upstairs balcony that had a lake view. Heated pool was perfect! Simon was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. A few pointers for guests planning on staying: GPS say you have arrived prior to the current driveway. We arrived at night which made finding the drive more difficult. If you are on Lake Easy road and the house will be on your Right go around the 90 degree turn and the drive is right before curvy road ahead sign. 2 trash dumpsters sit at the end of it. Make sure and bring pool towels Stop at a gas station and get a bag of ice if you want ice. Crooked Bass and Grill Restaurant was really good local restaurant. I had a huge portion of crab legs for $29.00 and they were delicious! We have already booked for next Spring Break.

The house was roomey, clean and overall nice. Good for a family with kids who could use the pool. We had trouble getting in because the maid service locked a knob that should not have been locked. However Simon got us in after a short time. I thought the cleaning fee was high ($300) but apparently that is set by Air B$B due to the size of the house. There was just enough towels and not quite enough soap. Nothing for the dish washer. Finding the place at night is challenging. Google Maps has it wrong. It’s a great place for a family staying a while.

The house and location were nice. I rated it 4 stars and would have rated 5 stars if it had some basics that other AirBnBs have in their homes. Some small changes would get it a five star rating.
