This is a fantastic place. Great location! Clean and comfortable inside and the out. A short walk to the beach. The host (Lynn) was wonderful. She was very helpful and pleasant. Planning to return next year. The place was exactly as listed. The host was very responsive, provided excellent instructions and was very knowledgeable about the area.

I stayed at the casita for one month and greatly enjoyed my time. Everything is exactly as pictured. The casita was extremely clean, comfortable and felt very private. Lynn could not have been a better host. She was incredibly accommodating and did everything possible to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I had to work during the day and found the wifi to be excellent for video conferencing and Lynn even helped me create something of a standing desk. The ocean is just a few blocks away and is great for beautiful evening walks. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and there are many TV options (Netflix, Apple TV) when you want to relax. Thank you Lynn for making my stay so enjoyable.

Lynn was a wonderful host - Helpful, friendly, responsive and thoughtful. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we hated to leave. The space is well planned, attractive and squeaky clean. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom spacious and the laundry room with room for storage was great. The completely private and totally fenced yard was fabulous. Comfy patio lit at night, a great place to have coffee in the morning. Our dog loved it! The Pleasure Point neighborhood was delightful, totally walkable and bikeable with lots of cafes and shops. We were 2 blocks to beach, lots of surfers, pups and beautiful views with friendly neighbors. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Lynn’s place was an absolute joy! Lynn is so gracious - I wish we had spent more time just chatting! The space has the greatest feel and I loved having coffee while sitting on the outdoor couch when the sun was out. My dog Bernard also loved the fenced in yard. The studio has everything you need and the location was amazing - just steps from the cliffs/ocean where everyone walks their dogs and around the corner from many coffee shops and restaurants. I wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you Lynn!

Lynn is the ultimate host. Readily available and responsive yet respectful of your personal space. The space is darling and the perfect space for a retreat. I will miss my time in what felt like my own home! Thank you, Lynn.
