The house was perfect for our family. We would 10/10 highly recommend this to other families. Clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Jayme was very responsive and great at communicating. The house was very convenient to Falmouth’s Main Street. Everything matches the description in the listing. The home is kid friendly. Our older kids enjoyed the backyard and our younger had fun with the toys provided.

My parents and I stayed at Jayme’s place over the weekend. It was quiet, clean, and well-located right next to the lake. We particularly loved the comfortable beds and the cozy living room. Jayme was a great host and super flexible. Would love to stay here again.

Jayme was a great host! She was very kind and very responsive to any questions or accommodations that we had! The place was just as described. Perfect home base for travel to the islands or hanging out around Falmouth. The chips and wine were a nice touch. Backyard is spacious and the patio was a nice outdoor space 10/10 would stay there again.

Jayme’s place is a well appointed and lovely cottage well placed to explore Cape Cod. We loved the outdoor space as well as the cottage. Having the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler were an added bonus for us to enjoy our stay even more. Jayme’s welcome gifts were a lovely thought and she was very friendly and helpful.
