House is located next to a big pile of trash and neighborhood has lots of roaming street dogs and pit bulls who aren't the most friendly. not a good place for a solo traveler. no weather stripping on front door so lots of bugs get in. if you need a cheap place just to crash and don't mind other issues, then fine. not really ideal for a traveler based on location, neighborhood and insect visitors.

La casa es limpia agradable y cómoda tiene aire acondicionado más ventiladores lo que la hace cómodo si esa muy soleado, te queda cerca coger la ruta del bus para visitar las playas y también los supermercados si deseas cocinar en la casa fue una visita muy agradable y cómodo

Cozy. Comfortable. Clean. Jose’s spot is the perfect jumping off spot to explore the south end of the island/the national park. Excellent communication. Comfortable bed. Good cold A/C. Great water pressure. Terrific value.

My stay with Jose was good, the house is clean and images are accurate. Definitely worth the value. Communication was a little spotty, Jose said he didn't have great service. I didn't get clear check in instructions. When I arrived I heard people inside the house and had the door closed on me, I was standing outside for 30 min and was messaging the host to no avail. After the 30 min wait, a woman (who wasn't the host) came out and gave me the keys and then pointed me to a smaller house next door, the airbnb is a secondary part of their home. She told me there was no electricity, and I had to call airbnb to report it. Once Airbnb reached out to the host the electricity did come back on. The rest of my stay was great, it was easy coming in and out. You will need a car but everything is within 10-20 minute drive in Aruba.
