Nice apartment in a good location. Good communication from the host company. The previous guests partied hard it seems in the flat and some remnants of that were still visible even after a deep clean by the host company. Overall, we enjoyed our stay though.

Check in and out was easy. A little bit of a hike from the train station but in a central and quiet location. Overall a nice stay.

Won't recommend staying in this place in winter, as the apartment is huge and not warm. It was freezing inside when we first came in, putting radiators to max didn't really help and we were hiding in a small room with two additional heaters during our stay. We rented this apartment to enjoy the living room and have a cozy beautiful place in the central Helsinki to warm up after walks, but our expectations were shattered. Communicating with the agency felt mechanical and distant, we were being told that it's that freezing in every Finnish apartment, which is not true, and were recommended to wear wool socks, which honestly felt like a mockery. It was colder then 21 degrees in the apartment, but buying a thermometer and prooving that to agent was too much hustle. Sauna has been nice, location is good, but our overall experience with the apartment is sour.

The appliances (dishwasher and hood for example) sounded unfamiliar to use, perhaps this is only my problem but more explanation would help. Given the expensive rent, I have to rank a 1.

Roosts bolig var fantastisk, lå lige i centrum og havde alt hvad man kunne ønske sig af faciliteter. saunaen var flot og rummelig og vi havde en skøn weekend der.
