Super nice hosts - very responsive to any questions/request’s that we had. Safe community. Bikes were a great bonus! Pool was nice and heated. Next door to the Chill = fun! Clean home - exactly as pictured and described.

We absolutely loved our stay. My husband and I needed peace and quiet to rest and restore. Sandra’s place looked better than the pictures and was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay. Close to Deer Lake Park , shops and dining. Would would definitely book again!

Sandra’s place was just as described! Nice space, and very clean. It was just my husband and I and we were very comfortable. We only really used the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, there are 2 beds which is great; however, one of the beds is against the closet so it’s not really useable closet space. If we were down with our kids, it might be a little tight, but still workable. The road closure (which has nothing to do with the condo itself) was the only inconvenience, but traffic wasn’t bad to detour on hwy 98. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this wonderful retreat!

The rental was exactly what we needed for our trip for the 4 of us. We had our 1 yr old and 5 yr old with us so it was slightly tight w/ them but we brought our travel playpen so could play there independently. What makes this rental great: -Great location near Big Chill -clean and nicely decorated -great pools -Great kitchen (host brought us brand new coffee maker immediately when other one didn’t work) -great bathrooms -bikes and beach chairs included -communication with hosts was great Only big downside was they started construction on bridge at Deer Lake Park so that part of 30A closed on Oct 30 for next 180 days so you have to detour. It’s a bit of inconvenience but we made it work. So keep in mind if you rent from now until April that it will be about a bit longer drive to get to the Seagrove\Seaside area of 30A. Only about a 10-15 min longer trip though depending on where you are wanting. Overall, a great trip, great hosts, great rental, and would recommend! We hope to return
