If you're looking for a place that can accommodate a lot of guests in the Shire, then this is a fairly good option. Pros * Beautiful location – the view over Burraneer Bay is gorgeous * Very peaceful and quiet at night * Big backyard for hanging out * Paddleboards and water equipment provided Cons * Place doesn't seem to get professionally cleaned, meaning that there was still trash left behind from previous guests and the kitchen and bathrooms were a bit grimy * The kitchens have a lot of utensils and equipment but it is mismatched, stored all over the place, and distributed haphazardly between the upstairs and downstairs * Communication was quick but not always fully helpful. For example, my request to get the unlock code for the hot tub to increase the temperature was ignored. * This place is listed on multiple sites so there is a risk of double-booking – this happened to us, but because we booked first luckily the other people lost out instead.

We had a great stay at Buraneer! The groomsmen were downstairs and separate from the bride and bridesmaids which was perfect for getting ready! Great views and well appointed with lots of different rooms on different levels! Beautiful views and a huge jacuzzi! Great stay! Responsive host and very friendly 😊

Amazing stay in such a great location. James was so accomodating for my friends and we all had an amazing weekend. Such a quick responder and overall we definitely suggest staying here!

It was a perfect location for somewhere to stay with our bridal party & their partners while we had our wedding in Cronulla. Had everything we needed in a great location on Burraneer Bay. James was always quick to reply, clear with & understanding to our needs. Just wish we had more time!
